One of the best garages in the UAE! As a women, i cannot mention what it's like to find a honest establishment such as DAS. Not to be confused with other businesses that have 'Deutshes in their name! Be sure to look at their logo - Black, Yellow & Red! Their location is right on the corner next to Quoz Mall. They help you with any problems and answer any questions you have. They give you a honest and realistic quote. They don't cut corners and their prices are justified. The staff & mangerment are impeccably polite and respectful. I feel very confident leaving my Range Rover in the hands of this garage and have recommended to all my friends and family! I won't be going anywhere else and i sincerely hope they won't too!! Again I am happy with DAS team response and speed.. did my wife's X5 service on same day. And as always very professional and amicable team! Well done to Barbz for maintaining such a positive and inviting atmosphere backed by solid knowledge and experience... All of this while allowing a very open and accessible approach.. meaning I go in the workshop and look and see what is going on and discuss with the team. no close doors as you find in dealerships. I personally want to be involved in the process as an interest and to ensure cost effeciency. For example: a 300 aed half an hour fix for the stuck sun roof instead of a 6000 aed system replacement !!! Makes a difference right ! Porsche cayenne owner - was looking to fix an urgent issue with a break pedal as well as service my car. I took my chances and looked for a place on google. I was incredibly lucky to find this place. I had a very pleasant experience end to end thanks to Marcos and the team. Marcos walked me through the entire fixing process with detailed videos and suggestions. I recently experienced a very positive interaction with this service centre. My MINI had engine water damage and when I contacted DAS, Marcos quickly arranged collection for the car the same evening, and then proceeded to investigate the next day. Before long I had a diagnosis and quote (inc genuine parts) which was much better value than what could be expected from MINI. Having accepted the quotation I then received regular video and message updates of the process including of the car condition. The only delay experienced was awaiting parts to arrive from Germany which was not DAS' fault. Once complete and road tested, Marcos then arranged for delivery to my home on the day agreed. All in all a hassle free experience and I plan to take the car back for its regular servicing. Thanks Marcos and DAS team. ~ Lewis S

Excellent Service. Abraham was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the solution and repairing the car. I’m from Saudi Arabia and I found a 911 and the owner claimed that the car had only the finder painted. I called Ilyas who is a service advisor and we agreed to wire transfer the fees (577.5) internationally and wow! They provided a detailed report and it’s one of the best PPI reports that I’ve ever seen and never expected how detail oriented it is. My five star rating is not only for the report, it’s for the customer service that they provided they communicated with me before and after the inspection and replied to every single question I’m asking and never felt they are bored but the opposite!! As for the car it was painted everywhere and it was in a very bad condition I’m really happy that I had the inspected by them. As far as I’ve seen, their PPI is much much better than any quick inspection shops. Thanks Ilyas and the team!! ~ KRM A

Ich habe diese Werkstatt bei Google gefunden, da ich nach einer Werkstatt für unseren G500 gesucht habe. Ich hatte keinen Termin und mein Auto wurde trotzdem innerhalb von 24 Stunden professionell begutachtet und direkt repariert. Es wurde ein Service BG, Bremsen und GPS Update gemacht. Preis-Leistung war super und wir werden sicher zu keiner anderen Werkstatt mehr gehen. Ich wurde von Robert betreut- er macht einen tollen Job! ~ Stephanie T

Once more a nice visit at this garage. 4 days to change many things on the car. The guys are looking left and right and are contacting you, when sth more is wrong. 24h for quotation, 72h for full check up with many jobs. Super communication, car is clean and delivered on time. Perfect job. Will come back again. My contact was Marcos, who is explaining everything via videos and photos with WhatsApp!!! ——- Once again, a great experience with this workshop. A problem came up with the car late at night, dropped it off at 8 a.m. on Saturday. By 7 p.m., it was repaired, washed, and delivered. Simply top-notch. You can always count on the guys there, no matter who you’re dealing with. Professional and super easy communication with reliable feedback. Better than the VW dealer himself. Dears, car diagnostic is a very sensitive topic, I’ve been involving with this workshop for more than two years. My experience at beginning was not the best one.. BUT, I was lucky enough to be in touch with the right advisor, named MARCOS for the last months.He was always responding and committed himself with his team concerning my requests. Last but not least they were enough loyal and professional to advise me the right partner for some picky points that was not in their service range. That the last Point I particularly appreciated. They performed multiple test and diagnostic to always make sure that our task was properly done. There is multiple workshops in UAE, but not all of them can pretend to have teams and supervisor who will follow up with care. I can testify they DAD Do it. Armando انه شخص ساعدني كثيرا في اصلاح السيارة لانني زرت المتير من الكرجات وكلهم قالو اي اشياء غير موجودة غي سيارتي واعطاب كثيرة من اجل ان ادفع نقود كثيرة ولكن armando بمجرد ان فحص السيارة بال لي المشكل بسيط لا يستدعي الا تغيير قطعة واحدة وثمنها بسيط بالمقارنة مع الاجزاء التي طلب مني تغييرها في الكراجات الاخرى،انصح بالتعامل ومع كراجه لانه شخص خبير وامين ~ hamza e

I went there with an “Overheating problem” for my BMW 316i (Error Message: Your engine temperature is too high, drive moderately) and i highly recommend this place and i’m really delighted by my experience Those guys are honest and i even asked them many times for other issues which they could easily say yes to get more money - but they only advise you what you need Very fast service i dropped my car at early morning and 6 PM found my car ready & the wash was super nice even under the hood. I tested the car for almost 2 weeks now and the issue isn’t there I highly recommend this place for BMW owners. I had a major service done, including: Full service New brake pads and discs Transmission fluid service Full inspection and checks Basically everything was covered, and everything was done properly. The rear brakes of my MINI had to be done so I asked them for an inquiry and got one immediately upfront. When I brought the car to the workshop to get it fixed on that day everything took only a few minutes and Omar even showed me around and I also could see the workshop and the cars they were working on. Everything clean and professional and everybody was friendly. Only a few hours later I received a video that there was a little bit more to be done regarding the brakes and the asked me upfront for permission and informed me about the price and only after that they continued. Omar informed me about every step regarding the parts which he has to order and when the car will be finished. The next day I picked up the car and payed the price we agreed on and the car was also washed and cleaned. Perfect workshop, service and very friendly stuff. Highly recommend Deutsches Auto to anyone looking for an honest garage with fair prices; I have brought my BMW a few times for different issues and my advisor Oshan was always completely transparent and honest, explaining everything as should be. Super pleased that for an oil leak from the turbo side of the car I was not overcharged instead informed that only a pipe needed to be changed. Also compared to experiences with other garages, they accommodate your car timely without wait and return the car sooner than one would anticipate. I found this workshop on social media and contacted them about servicing and replacing parts for my BMW X6. Mr. Oshan, a highly professional salesperson, clearly explained all the options. While I initially only intended to replace parts, his expertise led me to decide on a service contract as well. The parts were very reasonably priced, and the service contract is quite attractive. Impressively, they completed the service and parts replacement within the agreed timeframe and even delivered my car back to my home in Sharjah. I finally found a reliable mechanic shop I can trust! Deutsche Auto Centre went above and beyond with my recent car repairs. Robert was fantastic - he took the time to clearly explain the issue with my car and recommend the best course of action. Their expertise with Porsche is evident, and their prices were very reasonable. They fixed everything perfectly, and my car is running like new again. I can't recommend Deutsche Auto Centre highly enough. If you're looking for reliable and trustworthy Porsche mechanics, this is the place to go! I recently had very pleasant experience with DAS. My car Audi Q7 had some engine checklight fault. In less than 3 hrs, DAS guys were able to complete the job. In just 3hrs, they diagnosed the fault, arranged genuine parts, replaced the parts which cleared the fault code. Kudos to DAS team…!! I live very far from Dxb & they very well accommodated me by prioritizing this job which enabled me to go back same day. I would also like to mention service advisor Mr. Robert were very helpful to make it smooth. Also, their technician has very good knowledge about german cars. This is my first experience with Das Deutsches Auto Center. After what they fixed on my daughter's car(2009 E83 X3). This is the only place I will go to and I live in Abu Dhabi. I contacted them about a possible issue. They sent me an estimate with the information I provided. I was wrong. They found the exact cause. They also sent me videos of where the issue was. A few days prior to then fixing the car, my daughter complained of a burning oil smell. This fault they found as well. It was actually a dangerous issue where oil was dripping on the exhaust.
